Questions about a charge

Purchases on spendsentry.app are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so they appear on card statements as PADDLE.NET* SPENDSENTRY. If you see one you don't recognise, email support@spendsentry.app. Tell us the date and amount of the charge and, if you can, the email address used at purchase. We'll find the subscription and explain it, or cancel and refund it.

Cancelling

You can cancel in either of these ways:

• In the SpendSentry app, from your account settings.
• By email to support@spendsentry.app from the address you used at purchase.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the term you've already paid for.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll submit a full refund to Paddle and cancel your subscription. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The full rules are in the SpendSentry refund policy.
